My name is Rosie Romero, a Salvadorian American surfer who enjoys Design.
Chicago Judson University School of Architecture graduate, and currently completing an Urban studies Master at KU Leuven University in Brussels, Belgium.
Last year I completed my first year as a full-time intern at Mayfield Architects in Santa Cruz, California. This time I am looking to move back home for a summer long internship while completing my Masters, in hopes of expanding my Architecture Knowledge from the learn to the practice.
As an intern I will contribute my energetic attitude towards an inspirational design, and my ability to be a versatile team player and leader when needed. My unique cultural, school, and study abroad experiences will allow me to make positive contribution, to bring unique solutions to architecture problems. I am fluent in English and Spanish and would like to contribute my language knowledge if ever needed. I am also fluent in the abilities to design in Revit, Rhino, Sketch up and AutoCad along with rendering softwares such as v-ray and 3DsMax, also knowledgeable in Adobe programs such as, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design.
I hope to join a positive team, in which I can learn from and contribute with my strengths.
cheers.
