About 

I am a registered professional with over 30 years of experience and a unique history of work in three related areas: Architecture, General Contracting, and Real Estate Development.  I have been involved in ALL aspects of project delivery from conceptual development through punch-listing the final product, in a variety of delivery types. I have a history of management and leadership including analysis of project financial status, budgeting, tracking and scheduling, and producing project status reports.  I am an advocate of sustainable design and delivery methods and have assisted in the construction of multiple LEED certified buildings. I am familiar with several project management software systems and the use of electronic media to accomplish traditional design and construction procedures in a more efficient manner.

Project Manager for building shell construction of a hospital building and garage, (2) warehouse/office buildings, and a for-lease office building. Duties included design documentation, permitting, subcontracting, cost/budget control, schedule maintenance, project controls, special inspections, and close-out. Also local expert for implementation of Expedition-Contract Manager web-based project management software.
