Employment

AmeriLux International, De Pere, WI, US, Product Development Manager

A primary focus of Business Development, at AmeriLux International, is reaching the Architectural glazing and daylighting market. The inclusion of a licensed architect on this Business Development team adds experience, insight and understanding unique to the field of architecture. Through the use of in-person and distance learning programs AmeriLux is working to educate architects, designers, and contractors on the benefits of multiwall polycarbonate as a translucent daylighting material. This education and support is taken to an individual level through customer and project specific involvement. Finding the best solution for all parties involved and ultimately the end user is the first priority. Understanding the whole design process and design intent of projects helps AmeriLux offer the best possible solution.

Tim Fikkert, AIA has been part of the AmeriLux team since December of 2011. Tim brings a unique background and experience from years of work as a designer. AmeriLux provides an ideal place for Tim to combine his architectural experience and interest in sales, operations, and business development.

While combining existing skills and interest Tim has continued to stay current on the daylighting and glazing industry. Knowing the full benefits and challenges of daylighting is necessary to provide the best possible solutions to customers and designers.
