My Americorp service was with Habitat for Humanity NYC as part of the Habitat for Humanity International National Service Program.

Responsibilities included assessing, resolving and repairing construction and contractual warranty issues. Worked closely with Habitat for Humanity NYC Real Estate Director, project managers and family partners resolving construction warranty items on new construction and rehabilitation projects. Construction supervisor for 5 NYCHA acquired homes

Contractor/Consultant for architectural/real estate/design firms on both residential and commercial projects of varying sizes. Projects have included Splashlight Studios and Dennis Publishing’s corporate offices
Lemberger Brody Associates, New York, NY, US, Project Manager, Construction Administrator
Project management and administration of assignments ranging from residential interiors to commercial structures (all NYC). Projects included Touro College (build-out and renovation of classrooms and administration offices) and the Taxi and Limousine Commission (build-out and renovation of a 60,000 square foot office space in an existing manufacturing building). Responsibilities ranged from original concept and design through to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
