About

I have 3 years working experience as an architectural designer in retail/ mixed- use with RTKL Associates in Los Angeles where I was in charge of not only design, construction documents and branding strategies but also market research and communication with clients and government officials. I have experience in projects ranging from master planning all the way to 100% DD. A year ago, I decided to pursuit a master degree in real estate development at Columbia University in New York City. With the program, I further enhanced the necessary skill sets for real estate development, including financial modeling, assembling investment memo and LOI, market analysis and real estate laws. I am proficient in programs such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Design Suites, as well as data bases like Oasis, Zola, LoopNet and Google Map.
