A dedicated and enthusiastic Design and Project Management professional with over 11 years of experience in Building Industry, executing High end Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional and Recreational projects of different scales in public and private sectors from designing and bidding process through construction and completion maintaining industry leading quality standards. I am responsible for leading and motivating team members by providing an energetic team environment and inspiring vision. I have been enabling others to act, challenging the process, taking risks and assuming ultimate responsibility for the team's actions by exercising good judgment and continually increasing professional skills. Developing the project contracts during the planning phase, establishing the project schedule, budget, and profitability during the start-up phase, and getting involved in different phases for delivering the project on schedule, within budget meeting design intent, vision and goals have been part of my responsibilities. I have been maintaining good working relationships with the clients, developing strategies to promote future opportunities, and successfully managing different projects of $400M+ Capital Construction project budget with current and previous employers.
