About

I was born and raised in the great city of Los Angeles. Architecture to me, is not just blue prints and building floors and walls. It is a composition of many things. Great architecture to me speaks a language. Great architecture makes you feel. Great architecture connects you in that space.  Great architecture makes you say “I Love It” or “ I hate it”. Just because one does not like a portion of architecture, does not mean it is bad architecture, or vice versa.

Through out my education there have been role models, key figures, great architects that I aspire to be like. Pierre Koenig was one architect that I admired for his bold, yet simplistic style for his time. Incorporating unconventional materials in residential architecture. MVRDV is a group of architects that I respect. Their innovative yet functional designs speak loud and daring in the statements they bring about.

Architecture is around us everyday and provides us with our everyday essentials. Yet, great architecture is harder to come by. It is a level of creativity and ingenuity that one must arrive at and in turn construct that level of inspiration and imagination into a physical structure that conveys that disposition of ingenious and originality on all levels.
