Designed core components and coordinated details with structural consultant. Worked on design of apartment layouts, public green roof terrace, 55' x 26' skylight design, Revit file size maintenance, and quality control of drawings' graphic consistency.

•Adaptive Reuse (Commercial) Bronx, New York (17,000 usf)
Site survey for existing walls and beam locations, Egress stair and elevator design and detailing, toilet and break room layouts, details, interior elevations, Construction Administration - RFI’s, sketches for contractor, and review of product submittals.

•US State Department - International US Embassies and facilities in New Delhi, Paramaribo, and Sarajevo (total +/-17,000sqm) , ”Secret Level” clearance. Interior layouts using Revit.
