Andy Urbany, Founder of Studio AU, has always believed that the built environment is one of our greatest assets. He believes in the importance of design, and the psychological and financial value it can create, from families enjoying their new home to developers ready to market a successful collaboration.
Prior to founding Studio AU, Andy was the Director of Architecture at Dixon Projects where he led the design for the firm’s portfolio of dozens of New York City properties. Previously, he was an Associate at Ike Kligerman Barkley, working on high-end residences across the country.
Andy studied classical architecture at the University of Notre Dame. He subsequently received a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute at New York University.
Originally from Indiana, Andy has lived and worked in Rome, Honolulu, and New York City. He resides in Westchester with his wife, and three children.
