My name is Lillian Rodriguez Sims. I am a Spanish architect, with dual Spanish-USA citizenship.
I received my degree in Architecture , from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU of Madrid, city in which I currently reside.
I would very much like to work in a studio where I can continue to learn and grow and at the same time offer my ideas and illusions about architecture.
I consider myself to be creative, hard-working and sociable, and I enjoy forming part of a team in order to realize objectives.
I believe in the importance of quality and and precision and accept responsibility for the work I do. I enjoy change and challenge and I am quick to adapt.

I participated in project preparation of new and reformed structures.
And I contributed my ideas and skills to design, measures, budgets, 3d.

I was in charge of the realization of all necessary architecture design and real estate promotion, and of communication with contractors and suppliers.
I led the design and construction work, and was in charge of all management necessary to carry out the construction of single-family dwellings in the suburbs of Madrid.
