Graduated in my native Argentina, I worked there for several years in institutional design and construction, producing project documentation and managing construction of projects as diverse as a hospital and a low-income residential development.
When I moved to Spain, I was hired by a large construction company and was in charge of several residential projects in the south of the country, most especially managing construction for an upscale vacation villas development project in Marbella. I also designed some landscaping areas for that development and produced its documentation.
In New Jersey I undertook the remodeling of two residences (3500 Sq F in Summit, 7200 Sq F in Short Hills), overseeing the whole job from design, project documentation, permitting (including, in one case, variance negotiation with the corresponding zoning board) and construction management.
