Designed and completed multiple high-end residential and mid-rise multi-residential projects, with a specific focus on certified energy efficiency through sustainable solutions.

Won multiple architectural competitions, including two for the city of Seraing (Belgium) for the remodel of century-old buildings, through the integration of locally produced materials, as well as sustainable and green solutions. Both projects were conceived to exceed expected energy performances, and also received further accolade from regional officials (SPW-Walloon Region, secretary Jean-Marc Nollet), as well as a prize of €200k for outstanding sustainability, and the integration of an urban garden.

Designed and achieved a great variety of projects focused on commercial, and professional spaces, as well as multiple residential in-depth remodels, including detailed integrated furniture.

City of Seraing - ERIGES / Primo Reno "Molinay 34", 1st Place

Extensive renovation of a century old building into a single home.

The main objective was to integrate multiple sustainable solutions to insure high energy efficiency and high architectural quality.
By using exclusively techniques, materials, partners and and sub-contractors established within a radius of 15 kilometers, the carbon footprint of the entire construction process was significantly reduced.
This project was meant to set a comprehensive example to, successfully, trigger gentrification of its immediate neighborhood.

City of Seraing - ERIGES / Primo Reno "Ferrer 13", 1st Place

Extensive renovation of a century-old building into multi-residential units and one professional space.

The main objective of this project was to implement sustainable solutions, and ensure high energy efficiency, while integrating a creative remodel. As part of the city’s urban masterplan, this entry won an architectural competition for outstanding remodel. Designed to set an inspiring example, this project successfully helped foster development of the blighted neighborhood.

By exclusively using techniques, materials, partners, and sub-contractors within 15 kilometers, the carbon footprint of the entire construction process was significantly reduced. During the construction phase, the project also received a further accolade from regional officials (SPW-Walloon Region, secretary Jean-Marc Nollet), as well as a prize of €200k for outstanding sustainability, and the integration of an urban garden.
