Diu is mainly known for its white-sand beaches. Old Diu is known for its Portuguese architecture. The project was to design weekend villas and houses in Diu, Gujarat. As Diu is a tourist attraction, there is a possibility to emerge a modern approach to housing in Diu. The design capitalizes on the generous size of the site and further maximizes the presence of nature by introducing extensive roof gardens, landscaped sky terraces, and cascading balconies. Above-ground vehicular circulation is minimized, liberating large green areas within the development. Incorporates sustainability features through careful environmental analysis of sun, wind, and micro-climate conditions on-site and the integration of 
low-impact passive energy strategies. The site area is 60,000 sqm (645834.63 sqft).
