About 

Paris Sithi is a designer with analytical skills in real estate who specializes in creating value-add, productive, and hospitality-like spaces. Paris leverages technology, advanced analytics capabilities through Python, and technical expertise in both design and real estate to solve complex problems. She has completed distinctive architecture and interior design projects in the big cities all around the world.


Throughout the years, Paris has taken on multiple roles including be an architectural designer, interior designer, event planner, real estate investor and more. Paris is an active explorer who has been exposed to different cultures around the world. Those experiences are keys in her growing vision in contextualism in architecture and design. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Thailand and received a Master of Architecture from University of Florida with distinction. After a few years of professional experience, she returned to graduate school at Baruch College for a Master of Science in Real Estate.

Paris has a great interested in nomadic living and urban lifestyles. By combining her passion for creativity and flexible living, she becomes an expert in short-term rentals. Paris founded "Pari Palette LLC" in 2022. She realizes that Pari Palette could generate a sustainable value by seamlessly integrating design services with quality real estate investments.
