The design mainly considers the Lake view, location value, local culture and environmental performance, and other factors. At the same time, combined with the pedestrian system of the overall planning of the surrounding plots and the attractive geographical location, a unique urban place is formed.

The design is divided into the architectural design of 368 m. height landmark tower. including office (90,000 sqm), hotel (40,000 sqm), president's apartment (50,000 sqm), and underground business (10,000 sqm).

Based on the water resources in Suzhou, the tower shows the unique urban charm of Suzhou Water City with smooth and beautiful lines.

The building absorbs and reflects the unique Jiangnan scenery of Suzhou with its structurally stable triangles. The façades in three directions include the tranquil and beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake, drawing on the tough lines of the mountains, and giving back to the long history of Suzhou Water City.
