In my current role at Cuesta Aguirre, I specialize in various aspects of architectural design and project management, focusing on residential and retail projects. My responsibilities include:
Project Management: Overseeing projects from initial planning and coordination to final execution, ensuring that all aspects meet the client’s specifications and high-quality standards.
Interior Design: Creating detailed and aesthetically pleasing interior designs that enhance the functionality and appeal of spaces.
Plan Corrections and Modifications: Reviewing and correcting architectural plans to address any issues or improvements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Material and Finish Selection: Working closely with clients and suppliers to select appropriate materials and finishes that align with the design vision and project requirements.
Inspections: Conducting site inspections to ensure that construction work adheres to the planned design and quality standards.
3D Visualizations: Utilizing advanced software to create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings, helping clients visualize the final outcome of their projects.
