OYE, open your eyes, is an Orlando based architecture studio founded by Leon Ordaz and Sarah Vazquez.The studio staffs a team with local and global connections that reach from New York City to Seoul, KR.

Interested in the sustainability of form, our projects mix modest budgets with high impact design decisions. The studio’s approach unexpectedly challenges materials, using them in a sensitive yet versatile manner. OYE has continuously sought to produce work that challenges our built environment and re-asses our values. In doing so, they hope to open your eyes on spaces that deserve attention.
