The design targets to achieve an improve accommodation, for the Post-Graduate students of the Federal University of Technology Akure. The design sits on a site of 4 hectares in land mass.  And has typical blocks of Residential Units safe that the  ground floor has mixed functions and uses which seeks to encourage socialization between the male and female users. The design features such facilities as Supermarket, ATM Gallery, Cafe, restaurants, bar, Gym , Indoor sports halls, reading rooms, roof garden, retail outlets and public toilet facilities including sauna and steamer for swimming pool. The  vertical means of transportation used are stair cases and elevators. There are six floors in all  and the sixth floor houses the roof garden, common reading and group meeting area. Each of the bedrooms provided is en suite while there are basically two different categories of accommodation, the first being the single occupant and the double occupants. There is also a general Kitchen on each floor., also, the presence of chute across each level facilities garbage disposal. Moreover, the single family user has a living room to accommodate for visitors , since such accommodation is for married couples.
