Known for creating transformational, large-scale master plans across the globe for diverse urban environments, downtown and entertainment districts, educational and corporate campuses, waterfront redevelopments, and sports entertainment venues, Kamiya's work reflects a deep understanding of the complex social, economic, historic, and environmental factors that shape urban development.

Based in NYC, Kamiya expands Overland's presence in New York and brings expertise in architecture, planning and urban design to serve our clients nationally and internationally with design strategies that encourage collaboration, innovation, and creativity, while advocating for sustainability and equitable practices.
