A small boutique design build studio in Dallas,Texas. Ran by its founder and sole practitioner David Ostendorf, Assoc. AIA. Wanting to bring more to the table for the clients of his custom building business he set out to offer designing and building under one roof. While there is still construction projects being accepted the studio mostly focusing on providing architectural services to their clients as well as larger firms in Dallas and surrounding areas. The studio has designed and/or been on the design team responsible for bakeries, nightclubs, as well residential properties in the area as well some forensic architectural projects locally. The designs are neat tidy spaces heavy on aesthetics but disciplined in functionality. ever budget conscious we are also dedicated to creating a sustainable built environment to be used and enjoyed for generations afterwards.
