According to various studies, individuals who live in the present moment experience lower levels of stress and harbor less fear of death or the end of life. This project seeks to evoke and encapsulate the essence of a quality moment in life. We have metaphorically likened the journey of life to a walking pathway, where benches serve as symbols of those precious moments. These benches, or "moments," are envisioned as extended spaces for rest, reflection, and connection, transforming an ordinary pathway into a sequence of memorable experiences. This project aims to create not just physical benches, but moments that remain etched in the minds of those who encounter them, whether they are the intended audience or passersby.
Project Description
In this project, the concept of an entrance is redefined; it is no longer a mere threshold but a transformative experience that unfolds along a passage. As one traverses this passage, they are invited to engage with a series of thoughtfully designed public spaces that foster gathering and interaction. The entrance space, therefore, becomes a shared experience where the distinction between the main audience and the general public fades away. The act of entering becomes a conscious decision made along the way, symbolizing the journey of life where each step and pause holds the potential for creating meaningful, collective moments.
