The project, more than one function of which has been prepared in consideration with current operation logics, involves design of 2 towers in addition to the main shopping and wellness center blocks. The short tower has been considered a business center while the long one is as residential and hotel. Two floors of the shopping structure remain below the natural elevation. One of these floors ha been entirely allocated as car park, whereas half of the second is allocated as car park and goods acceptance with the remaining areas as service shops of the shopping mall. At the first upper floor, the feeling of an indoor space has been reduced to minimum by means of the light coming from the roof as well as the controlled light from the outer facade. The third floor houses the function which involves the maximum added value of the project as the customers may access to the high-end shops by their cars. The restaurants on this floor will also serve to exclusive customers. Besides the entrance to both of the towers, apart form the car park, will be provided from this point. Thus, these spaces will use the yard as a common area. The short tower located on the corner at the roadside serves as business center. The hight tower on the back houses a hotel on the lower floors and residences on the upper floors.
