Triada Tower is a project of 222-meter sustainable skyscraper in Chicago, US. 

The project is aimed to showcase the use of sustainable technologies in building and construction. The Tower consists of three volumes and each of them has its own function.

Top block houses high-end apartments created to provide the comfort of home in the heart of megapolis. At the mid block the five star hotel with an open terrace and swimming pool is located. And the low one provides a host to retail and other public services.
