Elderly House project will be part of District
Development of Fine Arts. At the same time,
the project provides the widening of the main
access road. It will provide a similar scale to
the Fine Arts Center. Thus pursued show
homogeneous growth and modern city. The
project is dominated by a modular system
which defines the structure of the building.
