OLA joins Austin Energy Green Building & Nelson Architects to host a tour of the Domain Northside

The Domain Northside is a mixed-use development that is a celebration of Austin culture. It consists of a combined 600,000 square feet of retail, office, hotel, and residential components. OLA collaborated to establish energy saving units, reduced water usage, tenant recycling, construction waste management, and locally sourced materials.

  • »  ENERGY STAR rated dishwashers,ice machines, clothes washers and pre-rinse spray valves help promote efficient water use 

  • 38% of building materials were sourced from recycled content and over 50% of building materials were Texas-sourced

  • » 70% of the tenant space leased to local businesses, supports the local economy

    » 80% of Construction Waste diverted from landfill
