The unique 1950s-era Ann Richards School campus spans 123,680 SF set on 15-acres in South Austin and serves young women in grades 6-12. O’Connell Robertson is providing master planning, programming, and comprehensive architecture and engineering services for the modernization and new building which will bring the school up to the new Austin ISD Facility Master Plan educational specifications. Architectural features such as collaborative and maker spaces will encourage 21st-century learning. At the completion of the new building project, capacity will be expanded to approximately 1,050 students.
