Two homes in Eagle Rock, CA.  I was responsible for design the homes’ front facades, and assisted with every phase of the homes’ design, from the project's inception. I drafted full construction document sets for both homes, and was responsible for the permitting process of both units, acquiring RTI months after helping initiate the project.  Construction of these homes was completed in spring 2017.
