Nicholas Raap is a writer and designer based in New York. He trained in architecture and critical studies at Iowa State University between Ames, IA and Rome, IT, and at the Architectural Association in London, UK. His writing has appeared in the New York Review of Architecture, Sent, and DATUM Journal of Architecture, where he was previously Editor-in-Chief. Critically questioning the production of space, his work and collaborations have been published in the Journal of Architecture Education, ArchDaily, and Archinect, and exhibited nationally and internationally, including at the 2016 Venice Biennale.
