RPGA Architects were hired by Carleton Development to make the residences meet UNIFORM FEDERAL ACCESIBILITY STANDARDS, IBD 2003, IBEC, Amercians with Disabilities Act and TAD accessible and to bring to code. The project consisted of 18 complex buildings and one Club house to be fully demoed and designed anew.
