The environment has always been my primary concerns in architecture. I am interested in how architecture impacts nature and consequently our lives every day, and how as an architect, I can improve that relationship. I am also interested in the interaction between human cultures and the built environment.
After receiving a Master of Architecture in 2004, I have continued my professional experience by working at GA Design office in Torrance, CA. I also had the great opportunity to be part of a design team at Callison Inc., working with NBC Networks to design and develop their studios and interior offices in Los Angeles. Since 2009 I have been actively working as a freelance architect, designing and remodeling a number of housing projects, mostly in Iran. This experience has allowed me to combine my knowledge of design with management, therefore sharpening my attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Having worked both as a freelancer and a team member, I can work effectively and comfortably as part of a team and also take leadership roles when it’s necessary.
