After realising just how powerful well executed renders can be in selling homes and projects to clients, I have made it my aim to make renders so good that they cannot be said no to.

To date, I have successfully had $150 million of total project value get the yes to commence building as the result of my renders.

For the last few years I have specialized in bespoke and private holiday island visualisations in the Seychelles and Mauritius. I have also done a wide range of residential and commercial images and walkthrough renders. Before that, I have knowledge in successfully drawing up and passing plans through the council, creating construction plans as well as project managing many projects in my local area.

I am now focusing on creating a more interactive experiences between clients and their projects through the power of technology and my expertise. This is being done by being the lead designer of the virtual read estate company “Superworld” Digital Twin Studio’s.
