Provide architectural residential design and landscape services for acquired clientele. Meet with clients to identify objectives, develop designs, perform site surveys, and draft existing conditions. Develop and present schematic designs including renderings for client presentation. Submit design proposals, draft controlled budgets, and create project schedules for approval. Detail construction documents, issue invoices, and review contractors bids. Procure materials, issue RFIs and RFQs, and maintain schedule per critical path. Manage sub-contractors and monitor quality control per approved designs. Issue final mobilized payment, performed close-out and turn over, and provide on call maintenance services.
