Designed schematic site plans by overlaying massing diagrams to analyze program feasibility, applied codes, produced AutoCAD elevations, sections, & Rhino 3d models. Developed studio, 1-bed, & 2-bed unit floor plans & programmed two-story, 100,000 sq.ft. buildings with hallways, common areas, stairs, elevators, in/egress circulation, service, mechanical, admin., amenities.
