• Work includes developing conceptual and schematic designs upto tender drawing production for design development stages.
• Conceptualizing of designs for residential and commercial projects utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs .
• Producing final Design Development and construction drawings for both tender and Final municipality submission.
• Reviewing documents / submittals - shopdrawings in various phases for design intent.
• Following up and conducting on site observations and compliance check on previously reviewed design work.
• Coordinating with client`s representative, contractors and regulatory agencies in meetings, drawings and other forms of communications.
• Resolving technical issues and proposing solutions influencing design.
