BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE

As a Project Architect at Mercado Builders Development Corp, a distinguished Triple "AAA" Contractor with ISO certification in the Philippines, I oversee projects from initial client briefing to final construction stages. My responsibilities include managing client relationships, presenting Design Proposals, and preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents.

Within a team environment, I excel in handling diverse projects, including extensions, alterations, and restoration work, always prioritizing client requirements. I actively participate in weekly meetings with project owners, discussing timelines, civil works, communication with trade contractors, and project delivery processes.

My experience extends to the maintenance of completed buildings. For instance, I played a key role in the post-construction phase of the TIM Data Expansion project in Carmona, Cavite, overseeing tasks such as producing As-Builts, Shop Drawings, and Drawing Submittals for various trade contractors. Additionally, I led the oversight of Ms. Arah Reyes' prestigious house in Dasmariñas, Makati.
