• Brought projects to their full realization by ensuring contractors delivered projects on time and within budget to meet operational goals.

• Conceptualized designs through detailing, choosing materials, coordinating with contractors.

• Created 3 dimensional models on AutoCad and SketchUp for client presentations.

• Worked with budgets of $30,000 - $200,000 and coordinated with contractors, created client specifications and managed the design process for the senior architect. Managed the production/ budget of print for in store and window point of sale. Achieved a saving of 10% on the print budget by re-assessing the print area size.
