I am Nayra, an architect and urban planner from PUC Minas - Poços de Caldas Campus.

I was born in Elói Mendes, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and when I was seventeen years old, I moved to Poços de Caldas to study architecture. I chose this profession because I believe in the power it has to transform lives, to make dreams come true and, mainly, to make people's quality of life better. I believe that being an architect is to choose to serve others, to take a dream still in the world of ideas and have the power to put it on paper and turn it into reality. Working with interiors is one of my greatest passions with in architecture, because I believe that through it we can directly reach each specific client, making the environment unique. I like to always try to be updated, to study content that will add professional value, and to understand how architecture works in practice.

At the age of 14 I received an invitation to join the Job's Daughters International, an organization for girls aged 10 to 20 that focuses on interpersonal development, leadership, public speaking, teamwork, and helping others. Currently, I am part of the team of adults that helps and guides all the girls that join the organization.
Through the organization I was able to have contact with many different realities of life, which helped me in my choice for the architecture course. I am looking for an opportunity to enter the job market and obtain professional experience.

During my college period I had the opportunity to be an intern in three different offices, where each one added knowledge in its own way to my professional life. I was able to develop skills in the software that is on my résumé and mainly, I was able to develop myself personally, always seeking to offer the best quality of service.

I am a person who likes to explore new experiences and one of my greatest dreams is to be able to move to another country, in search of a better quality of life for me and my family.
