Equity Track is a real estate company specializing in foreclosure investment. I was responsible for furnishing the interior of residential units. Tasks I did were buying furniture, installing and assembling home decor and adding finishing details. I also assisted in remodeling and repurposing interior and outdoor spaces.

College Track is an after-school program geared to help underprivileged high school students complete high school and gain admission to college successfully.
As a creative art instructor, I planned a semester-long program introducing various forms of creative art. Classes included a recap of past topics, introduction and demonstration
of new material, class activity and group discussion. The syllabus covered graphite and ink drawing, technical drafting, rapid visualization, mixed media collage, three-dimensional model making and sustainable product design.
