An elegant gated community of terrace houses with charming design which blends uniformly with the environment surrounding it.
The main objective of this project was to provide a suitable and cost effective living space for families.

The project was developed by careful study of the environment along with an evolution from earl sketches and design scopes in order to maintain the highest green area percentage as possible while using the space to the highest potential. 

The high orange walls of the buildings allow the estate to remain visible above the vibrant trees which enclose the estate. The facade of each terrace house works witha  blend of cracked tiles, aluminium bond (Alucobond) and weather resistant paint to give each entrance a graceful and gentle look.
