The project is a family villa and it consists of two floors, the basement has services with parking, playgrounds and sports halls with car access from down street. The ground floor is composed of the family house, saloons, lounges, sitting, dining and bedrooms, all of which are master. The project site is on the highest hill of a mountain and is surrounded by two streets.
