A very unique project that I was commissioned to design while working as a freelancer in KSA, started the conceptual design in February 2018 and after comprehensive and lengthy workshops with the project owner and research submitted the architectural concept in September of the same year, used Rhinoceros 3D software for modeling and Lumion 11.5 for rendering ,while looking for a construction company to break the ground, multiple design adjustments and improvements took place to have the project the way it is today.

The construction started in November 2020 after all official papers were extracted and I was among the supervision team as the client representative and project designer, I was responsible for multiple design changes as per site conditions required so and to deliver the requested drawings to the contractors and the change impact to the client.

As the construction way that was chosen for the project I used new techniques such as the online platform Autodesk  A360 to keep all the contractors updated with the concept and whatever changes we did to the design.

In 2021 I was commissioned the interior design of the same project so I blended the exterior and the interior of the project in the same ultra-modern spirit.

I also designed the landscape and lighting of the project inspired by the sleek lines in contrast to the naturistic approach of the far eastern landscaping.
