Maddy Orick, a graduate of Clemson University’s School of Architecture. Throughout her career so far, her role has shifted fluidly between architect apprentice, interior designer, master facilities planner, community development facilitator, graphic designer, strategic planner, and architecture programmer. Her design approach leads to intuitive, purposefully-designed, human-centered solutions, using an iterative process rooted in community involvement. She most enjoys sparking all voices of the community to help them create their ideal spaces that make sense to them and their community. Maddy creates meaningful and fun materials for community engagement workshops she facilitates across the country, and skillfully synthesizes outcomes into consumable and informative results.
