•Coordinated a team of 7 to fabricate the design elements and decorate the interior exhibition space at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum for the annual Ramadan Festival.
•Participated in meetings with fellow volunteers every week for a few months to brainstorm and discuss logistics.

•Assisted the lead architect. Prepared and presented design deliverables such as facade design and material options for the Jersey City Hall Commission in Houston, Texas.
•Prepared advertisement renderings for the final design of the Jersey City Hall Commission using Rhino and Adobe Photoshop.
•Attended meetings with subcontractors and fellow designers to review the material options.

Center for Architecture Design Scholarship, Nomination
"Supported jointly by Center for Architecture and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), this scholarship is for students seeking their first professional degree in architecture or related design discipline from an accredited school within New York State. The dean or chair of the architectural school or accredited design program may invite up to two students from their respective college or university to apply based on their high level of academic performance and evidence of financial need. Financial need of the student shall be determined by the guidelines of the Financial Aid Officer of the school nominating the candidate."

"Since its inception in 2016, the scholarship has provided support to nine architecture students who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated financial need."
"Architecture students, in both the bachelor and master’s programs, receive a full year’s tuition and a study abroad and book stipend as winners of the scholarship. Past recipients have studied in Berlin in spring and in Spain in summer and fall."
