Designed by the prestigious firm Scott, Louie, and Browning Architects & Engineers, the 310 South Main Tower in the heart of Salt Lake City boasts a 15-story office structure originally designed as two towers around a central circulation and modern and efficient service core. Utilizing the opportunities of the building site to its best visual advantage, the reinforced concrete structure allows space for a band of landscape area surrounding the base, creating a grand and lush entry into a shared grand lobby that is anchored by a 2-story custom art installation.
The incredible talent of Candice Bussdieker shows in the suite she designed for the 310 Tower. She has created a modern environment that will allow businesses to grow with spacious arrangements designed for focus and other spaces designed with expansive views of the downtown area of Salt Lake City. The floorplate allows for multiple scenarios for conferencing. These ready-to-move-in spec suites focus on a modern plan with interior offices with glass walls so that managers or leaders are easily found by multiple teams, and are centralized to the action. This leaves the perimeter view and open space ideal for a 72" wide benching system, views for all!
