Our goal is to provide architectural and design services through a powerful range of diverse expertise and a collaborative effort. We strive to create unique and innovative spaces through an interdisciplinary approach, responding to our every client’s individual needs. MODARC Studio understands the ever shifting dynamics of our built environment and aims to address these shifts by use of modern technologies, innovative materials, and a sustainable approach.

MODARC STUDIO was co-founded by Julien Legeard and Valmira Gashi in 2014 in Brooklyn, NY. Julien Legeard previously owned a metalwork company in which he learned the tricks of the design trade and simultaneously fell in love with interior renovation and design. Valmira Gashi studied architecture at Texas A&M University and after a few years of field work, she decided to complete her Master’s of Architecture at Spitzer School of Architecture in New York City.

Since 2014, our studio has worked on several projects in New York City and the surrounding area. Currently, we have projects ranging from ground-up construction to full renovation in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Costa Rica. Our studio was established on the principles of interdisciplinary collaboration and exceptional design theory. We approach each project with a unique perspective and believe that every project deserves their own specific understanding, attention, and detail.
