Architects, you design buildings. I’m interested in tiny ones. Tiny houses to be exact and I’m gauging interest from those who could design them.
I am purchasing land and am going to start small as the property manager with a few investors for 2-3 tiny homes that are experiential in nature.
But this is not my dream, my dream is a true experience from start to finish in a beautiful location. This will require an architect and an artsy one at that. I would like to offer different locations on the property to different who will design and capture a feeling or essence in their creation. It could be a part of your portfolio and you can receive all profits from your designed space.
This is a dream in the making and will require significant capital. I’m just gauging interest

Here is some advice.
Create a request for proposal detailing your project.
Research architect where you live and want to build.
Contact those architects and see if they are interested in your proposal.
Don't post vague projects descriptions anonymously online to find architect.
Number four may seem snarky however it's for your own good. You're going to receive a lot of unqualified and spam responses to you vague posting. It's best if you be more specific and not waste anyone's time.
Good luck.

Bet you the OP is the type to "offer" this to students and young professionals with the idea that it'll be a good portfolio piece instead of paying them money.

Hence why I have that last line in my comment.

GAUGING INTEREST? I personally have no interest in meeting someone who speaks in vagueness and ignorance.

I fear the OP wants to find someone who is willing to do design services for free to be part of the project 'payoff' that could occur at the end of the project.

I think you're right. Just in case it was a real person I thought I'd try to be helpful. Personally, I think it would be fun project for a side gig.
