Maybe? Could you try and rephrase in a more confusing way?

Is it not your job to know this? If not, ask the client to hire someone more competent who does not crowd-source basic code questions. Also worth noting, codes vary greatly across cities/states/countries/etc... Your question is so vague and ignorant that's it's more sad than comical.

Also, 6 plumbing fixtures for men vs 3 for women? In what fucked-up country is this even legal?

^really? occupancy count for plumbing fixtures assumes 50/50 M/F ratio unless you really have a specific need not too. Our code typically favours slightly higher fixture reqs for F washrooms in public occupancies so it's usually like 3m for 4f... never seen a situation that would allow 6m-3f .

code minimum or requirement vs. what client wants or needs is a little different! As long as you meet the code requirement, you can go more. In addition the code does allow the distribution of sexes to be other than 50%. So yeah, it would be legal to have different fixture counts for M/F.

To be fair you're both correct depending on the occupancy. If you're in an A occupancy then you need more fixtures for female occupants. Everything else is a 50/50 split between the genders.

Just one big open pit. Array the perimeter of 'the pit' with foot pedestals and grab bars. Gender neutral and eco friendly.
Toilet for LGBT and Universal toilet is the same?
