Different periods of busyness strike practices at different times, sometimes we’re overrun with work with no time for the extras our clients love to see or the material to post on our socials, and sometimes we have the capacity to take those tasks on. What if we were able to share the load of renders, council approvals (and its extras: SEE, Basix, Waste Management Plans), design, specification, construction drawings, etc. Could we pass on tasks to other practices, subcontract or for a whole project we’d have to pass up, earn a commission?
How could your practice, whether a business or you as a sole practice fit into this concept? What could you offer other businesses and what would you be interested in offloading yourself?

We already off-load plenty to consultants. Let's focus more on time-management and controlling client expectations with the deliverables in our contracts before we consider giving away more of our scope to "others".
