So all of our HVAC suppliers are saying that RTU's are going to be in VERY sort supply for all of North America in 2022-2023.
Anyone else hearing the same thing?

oh yeah, but it was like that last year too.
I have one project that got a 50week delivery early summer... so we expected the HVAC pieces to arrive in spring 2022... our estimate is now november 2022.

This has been normal in our area for two years now. Wait times of 9 months is absolutely not a surprise for HVAC equipment at this point. Thankfully it's averaging something like 4 months...

Two minutes after I wrote this, I got an email telling me that it's a 24 week wait for a UPS for a small office. It's crazy. That should be nearly off the shelf.
