I am coming to Rhino from AutoCAD and can't seem to get the same quality of 2D linework from the program. Any tips on how to improve this?

Meh, I get good enough lineweights out of Rhino, what is the problem you’re having with it?

Set your lines to specific colour layers just like you do in AutoCAD. Then export to Illustrator. In illustrator you can select the lines on each layer and adjust their lineweights as you see fit. Super easy!

If you're not in college, illustrator should not be a part of the workflow.

What’s wrong with illustrator?

Nothing. It's a great illustration program. It simply has no place in the business of making measured drawings.

Bit of a tangent considering nobody said anything about measured drawings, but sure.
